Personal Information
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, account information and payment-related information when you use AIdeator. This information is treated as confidential and is used only to operate the service, manage your account, process payments, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. Project Data and AI-Generated Content
AIdeator processes information you submit, including technical descriptions, images, prompts and other project data, and generates content such as concepts, images, reports and engineering files.
For the Free Service, project data submitted to AIdeator and content generated from it may be stored, used, analyzed, further developed and reused by AIdeator. You grant AIdeator a broad, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, analyze, develop and commercially exploit this project content to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, trade-secret or commercially sensitive information when using the Free Service.
For the Paid Service, project data submitted by the user and content generated specifically for the user remain the user's property. AIdeator processes this data only as necessary to provide, maintain and secure the service.
Third-Party Services
AIdeator uses third-party service providers, including AI, hosting and payment providers. Information necessary to provide the requested service may be transmitted to and processed by these providers. Their respective privacy policies may also apply.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal and project data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for operating the service or meeting legal requirements. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.

By using AIdeator, you agree to these Terms and Service.
1. Service
AIdeator is an AI-assisted engineering ideation and concept-development service. It may generate technical descriptions, concepts, images, reports, 3D models, OpenSCAD files and other outputs based on information provided by the user.
AIdeator may offer both free and paid services. Features, usage limits and pricing may change over time.
2. Free Service — Content Rights
When using the Free Service, you grant AIdeator a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable right to store, use, reproduce, modify, analyze, develop, publish and commercially exploit the project data you submit and the content generated from it.
This allows AIdeator to use free-service content for purposes including product improvement, research, development, benchmarking and commercial applications.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, trade-secret or commercially sensitive information through the Free Service.
You retain any rights that cannot legally be transferred or licensed under applicable law.
3. Paid Service — User Content Rights
When using a Paid Service, you retain your rights to the project data you submit.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any rights of third-party service providers, AIdeator assigns to you its rights, if any, in content generated specifically for you through the Paid Service.
You grant AIdeator only the rights necessary to process, store and transmit your content for providing, maintaining and securing the service.
AIdeator will not commercially reuse your Paid Service project content for unrelated purposes without your permission.
4. AI-Generated Content
AIdeator uses artificial intelligence and third-party services to generate content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, impractical, non-unique or similar to content generated for other users.
AIdeator does not guarantee that generated content is original, patentable, free of third-party intellectual-property rights or suitable for a particular application.
5. Engineering Responsibility
AIdeator is an ideation and concept-development tool, not a substitute for professional engineering validation.
Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before manufacturing, testing, commercializing or otherwise using them. This includes, where applicable, calculations, simulations, material selection, tolerances, safety analysis, regulatory compliance, intellectual-property clearance and physical testing.
6. User Responsibilities
You may only submit content that you have the right to use and process.
You must not use AIdeator for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with or circumvent the service, abuse free usage, bypass usage or payment restrictions, or submit content that infringes the rights of others.
7. Payments
Paid features are charged according to the prices displayed by AIdeator at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees for successfully provided AI services are non-refundable.
8. Availability and Changes
AIdeator may modify, suspend or discontinue features or services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content or stored project data will always remain available.
Users are responsible for downloading and maintaining copies of important project files and outputs.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIdeator is provided "as is" and "as available."
AIdeator is not liable for decisions, designs, products, damages, losses or claims resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or use of the service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy
Personal information and other data are handled as described in the AIdeator Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
AIdeator may restrict or terminate access where these Terms are violated, the service is abused, payments are not made, or continued access could create security, legal or operational risks.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the registered location of the operator of AIdeator, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
